Galveston Birthday Trip with Mazda CX-5 Signature

Happy Wednesday lovelies! I’m rounding out the rest of the month just as busy as I was at the beginning. March is always one of my favorite month’s because of the weather change, the time change, and of course my birthday! Today I’m going to be sharing my birthday trip to Galveston with my Mazda CX-5 Signature.

RIDE

Galveston is about an hour from where I live and we decided to go away for a little birthday weekend. Mazda provided the perfect ride to get me to the beach and that ride was the Mazda CX-5 Signature.

The Mazda CX-5 was the best way to get there. It fit all our beach accessories like our umbrella, chairs, cooler, and luggage! Plus it was such a comfortable ride! Mazda has some of the best features I’ve seen in any car! It has smart cruise control, lane departure, an active driving display, and my favorite Apple CarPlay!

Our road trip there was the best! We had good tunes, plenty of snacks, and of course all the room because of our Mazda CX-5.

BIRTHDAY SHENANIGANS

Galveston Island has so many things to offer. We love visiting down there to get some good seafood, relax on the beach, and of just get away. We ended up staying at the Hilton Galveston Island Beach Resort. I’m sure many of you know what the Hilton offers and this one didn’t disappoint.

The room was great, the hotel was great, and my favorite part… they have a heated pool! It was about 73 degrees so the pool was beyond perfect! The only thing that was kind of lame was check in. Check in time is 3 and we got there at 4 and our room still wasn’t ready. I’m not sure if this was because it was at the beginning of spring break but it was something I really didn’t like.

We had a great time hanging out on the beach and just relaxing! Seriously there is no other way I would have it for my birthday!
