Hi friends long time no post! So sorry I’ve been MIA on here but I’ve been busy working trust me! I did take a week break and now I’m refreshed and ready to share all kinds of fun stuff. Today’s post is a bit late because it’s another wedding Wednesday post! I’m going to be sharing all about my wedding registry at Bed, Bath & Beyond and what I recommend to all my brides to be!

BED, BATH & BEYOND REGISTRY APPOINTMENT

A little background before I get into the good stuff. R & I have been living together for a few years so we have accumulated quite a bit of things. We were completely unsure of what to register for and if we even wanted more things. Let’s just say that all changed when we went in to our appointment at Bed, Bath & Beyond.

We sat down and told our expert a little bit about us and our wedding. She helped us with everything! From picking our china & crystal (which btw I’m so obsessed with) to helping us find the best bedding and towels that we can monogram. Honestly there are so many things on my registry that I didn’t even know I needed!

Let’s first talk about the china. I wasn’t sure I was going to register for china but after talking it over with Ryan we decided we wanted some really nice plates for the holidays. I knew I wanted something simple but of course if you know me I love a pop of color. I’m so excited to share the china we picked out because I’m in love with it!

Our BBB wedding expert really helped us and explained the difference between bone china and fine china. We ended up picking bone china and she set up a placemat and had us pick each plate so we could see the final result. We also added in the crystal & flatware. There are literally no WORDS I can’t wait to get these for my wedding. The style of the top plate is called Wedgwood® Hibiscus Dinnerware Collection.

There were three things we knew we wanted to register for 1. cookware, 2. an espresso machine & 3. crystal glasses. We ended up with about 70 things (LOL) and I’m so excited about it all! We got there at 11:00 AM and left at 1:30 PM. I wish I was making this up but there is just so much available!

For all my brides out there RUN to Bed, Bath & Beyond. You will love it and so will your fiancé. If you’re like us, you can take long walks down the towel aisles (check the photo below). You can make a Bed, Bath & Beyond wedding registry here. Now onto the top three things I recommend every couple register for!

TOP 3 THINGS TO ADD TO YOUR WEDDING REGISTRY

ROOMBA

We ended up picking up a roomba while registering because HELLO who doesn’t want one! While we were registering our expert told us a roomba is a top registry item and honestly after using it for a little over two weeks I can see why. It’s AMAZING! If you & your fiancé have a smart home or are planning to register for pieces to start a smart home then trust me you need this.

You can run it before guest come over, you can run it while doing dishes, you can run while your picking up groceries, you can run just because you want to! It’s seriously the best maid I’ve ever had. There are so many different versions and we ended up getting the Roomba 690.

GLASSWARE

Ryan and I have lived together for so long and we never bought glassware. I’ve just used the ones I’ve had since college and we pretty much either A. have chipped them all or B. have broke them so we don’t have many at all! If you are like us then this is a HUGE item I recommend adding to your registry. Add 3 because not only are they inexpensive but also you can never have enough. The set I chose is this plain heavy bottom glass and I’m obsessed with it!

COOKWARE

Listen I love to make different dishes in the kitchen but being on a college budget for so long I never bought any new cookware and we desperately need it. Even if your a couple who has just gotten one recently REGISTER FOR IT! Something we always use are our skillets and we’ve been dying for a cast iron skillet. There are so many different sets available as well as some individual pieces so really go for whatever works for you!

I hope this post helps all my bride to be’s out there and if you have questions on anything or just want more info on what I registered for let me know down below. Also make sure to check out Bed, Bath & Beyond for your wedding registry.
