Good Morning beautiful people! I’ve decided I kind of like Wednesday’s.  Okay so technically they aren’t a Friday or the weekend but it makes me feel a little bit easier knowing that it’s the middle of the week and that ladies & gentleman is a HUGE thing for me! So, since I can’t be celebrating Wednesday’s with wine (just 7 more days!) I’ve decided to dedicate my Wednesday to working out and call it Work It Out Wednesday.

Many of you are probably like really? I know I know but I need some sort of cute fun thing to get me through it right? Well by now many of you have probably heard (or seen me tag) BBG or #BBGgirls on my blog and Instagram.  Well if you have NO idea what I’m talking about it’s okay a lot of people don’t.  Kayla Itsines is a fitness guru! Okay maybe she isn’t but I definitely consider her one.  She is the one who created the BBG program.  If you don’t follow her on Instagram or have never heard of her click here.

She has had so much success with this program and she posts many photos of people’s before & after’s on her Instagram.  If you have some time scroll through this because you will get goosebumps and chills and will want to keep going! I always go to her Instagram or through the #BBG to see everyone’s success stories and to get motivation.  It’s so encouraging and it makes you feel like you can and will make a difference and feel better.

So BBG is short for the Bikini Body Guide.  It’s a 12 week program that goes over every inch of your body.  She has specified workouts for 3 days of the week of your choosing and for two other days you are to do a Low Intensity Steady State cardio (LISS).  I love it because even though it might seem repetitive at first it all quickly changes.  She throws in a new work out that you weren’t even expecting and yes it does kick your butt.

What I really like about her program is that it’s extremely flexible.  If you don’t have a gym membership no worries you can totally do this at home.  I actually do mine at home and love it! Also on LISS days I get to choose a workout.  Also her workouts are meant to be 30 minutes or less but don’t stress! I totally think I went over that mark when I first did it.  On LISS days, you are working out for 45 minutes but it can be something simple like walking your dog or walking on a treadmill at an incline.  I mean SUPER easy to remember and with the right tunes you won’t even feel it! Plus almost everything in these photos are needed for the program and who doesn’t have a yoga mat or some dumb bells around their house.  There are a couple more things needed but I will list everything down below!

I just finished week 3 and started week 4 and I feel fantastic! I can see some changes in my body and it just gets me excited to think about what’s to come after I complete the entire program! As I’ve mentioned before I am doing this program along with being on Whole 30 and I bought the Fit Tea Detox tea 28 tea pack.  I would totally recommend this to anyone who is looking to trim down some or looking to make a change in their life!

I know this all comes with the right time and right attitude but when you are ready and can’t think of what to do or what to try PLEASE look into this! No I’m not being paid to say this I just really wanted to share something that is working for me and that is working for many others.

Let me know what programs you’ve tried that worked or if you are on this program I want to hear your thoughts!

XOXO and make sure to work it out girl! 🙂
