Wow how is it already Monday!?  The weekend just flew on by! I hope everyone had an amazing weekend and enjoyed some Super Bowl fun. I had a fantastic blogger brunch and I also got to celebrate my brother’s birthday! So many great festivities this past weekend. I have been so super busy but I’ve been trying to enjoy my weekends more often (Blogger probs) and I can say I definitely was able to relax and have fun!

Today I’m going to be talking all about a fun event I had with some blogger babes of mine! I got together with Ressa & Casey and we had a great Galentine’s Blogger Brunch! We all got festive decorations and food to put together a great brunch! If you don’t follow them then check out Ressa’s blog & Instagram here and Casey’s blog & Instagram here! They are some amazing ladies and have some amazing feeds so make sure to tell them I sent you!

Onto the event! So for the perfect Galentine’s Day party you need of course pink & red decorations, some pink & red food, and dress code should probably be pink & red! We all busted out our pinks, brought out some red in the decorations, and the food was just perfect for Valentine’s day! For decorations I bought a ton of things at Walmart.  I know Target has super cute stuff but if you haven’t checked out Walmart go today! They have some really cute things at affordable prices.  I personally put together the centerpiece for the table.  Something about flowers just make everything so much prettier! I didn’t buy the vase I actually had it from a past Valentine’s day flower order from my bf so I thought it was the perfect time to pull it back out for the event & of course for the month of February! Casey made a super adorable paper hearts garland and Ressa made a flower crown! For food, we thought light treats would definitely be the way to go. I made some Chocolate Heart Pretzels that were super festive and delicious! If you saw my blog post on Chocolate Heart Pretzels (if not click here) then it’s the same recipe! I also brought along some strawberry sherbet mimosas! (Very simple all you need is sherbet & champagne!) Ressa made some delicious fruit kebabs with heart strawberries and Casey made some festive Rice Krispy treats!

We all had a great time at the event! I’m glad it all came out nice and that we each added our own special touch to the party! If you are thinking of throwing a Galentine’s Day Party I highly suggest you do! It’s a great time to get together with friends and just have some girl time.

Don’t forget to check out Casey & Ressa’s blogs to see what they brought and made and also don’t forget to tell them I sent you over there! Casey’s post is linked here & Ressa’s here! I’ve included some appropriate Galentine’s Day Attire down below! 🙂

I hope everyone has a wonderful day and let me know if you have any Galentine Day parties coming up?

XOXO,
